My name is Jacqueline Millan. I am also a celebrity hair stylist, makeup artist, and fashion designer and stylist. My skills have awarded me some amazing experiences and awesome friendships along the way. I have had the pleasure of traveling all over the world with high profile clients and have done hair and makeup on the set of Good Morning LA, Dr. Drew, Access Hollywood, People Magazine, and much more. 

I am the granddaughter of the accomplished and recognized international painter Marcel Desir, who's work is in collections at Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Philadelphia Art Museum, and various Swiss museums. 

Art and fashion comes very natural to me. I love making people look and feel beautiful.
