About me

 My name is Jacqueline Millan. I am a licensed Cosmetologist with several additional certifications in Eyelash Extensions and Microblading. I am an expert at color, color correction, style, cuts, extensions and much more.

I am also a celebrity hair stylist, makeup artist, and fashion stylist. My skills have awarded me some amazing experiences and awesome friendships along the way. I have had the pleasure of traveling all over the world with high profile clients and have done hair and makeup on the set of Good Morning LA, Dr. Drew, Access Hollywood, People Magazine, and much more. 

I am the granddaughter of the accomplished and recognized international painter Marcel Desir, who's work is in collections at Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Philadelphia Art Museum, and various Swiss museums.
